Three offerings.
One ninety-day rhythm.

Greenfield is an AI transformation partner for companies that need more than a strategy deck and a software implementation.

Three ways to move a number

AI Roadmap

What to build, what to skip, in what order.

DiagnosticIllustrative // Anonymized
  • 01Every roadmap starts with the Readiness Diagnostic.Seven dimensions, one score. Two to three weeks with your team, and it credits 100% toward your first build.
  • 02Every workflow traces to a number.Revenue, profit, or predictability, and the branch that connects them.
  • 03The roadmap survives a board conversation.Every item carries the reasoning that earned its place in the order.

Agentic Workflows

Agentic workflows, tools, and automations, scoped and built for your systems.

PrototypeIllustrative // Anonymized
  • 01Your team runs the workflow where the work already happens.Inside the CRM, the help desk, and the spreadsheets they already open.
  • 02We agree which number moves first, before we build. You can hold the work to that number from day one.
  • 03You see a working prototype in a week. From there we build toward deployment in your live systems, live and in testing by day 30.
  • 04Every agent is hired with an Agent Job Description.A named owner, one metric, a review date at 30, 60, and 90 days. Written before the build.

AI Fluency

Your whole company, faster and better at working with AI.

CurriculumIllustrative // Anonymized
  • 01Agents multiply people. We never design a system to cut headcount, and that is why your team adopts it.
  • 02Your team trains on its own work. The training covers how to run and extend what we ship.
  • 03Training runs on its own.Take fluency before workflows, if that is where your company is.

How engagements work

We work as an embedded transformation partner, usually on a retainer.

The retainer lets us stay with the work through diagnosis, build, rollout, and improvement. Most project-based work ends at rollout, and rollout is where the value is created or lost.

If you need a defined project, we can structure one. If your team has the capability to build, we direct it. If it does not, we can build alongside you. The goal is the same: create a system that your business can run, measure, and improve.

What does it cost?

Most work is structured as an embedded retainer because transformation does not end when a first version ships. The scope and team depend on the problem, the systems involved, and what your team can own. The Diagnostic credits 100% toward your first build, and you will have a price before the prototype. We can also scope a defined project when that is the right way to start.

How long until the first workflow is live?

A working prototype inside the first week, measured from access to your data and systems. Live and in testing by day 30. Three workflows live by day 90.

How much of our team's time does this take?

Discovery is a few working sessions with the people who own the workflow and the data. After that, one owner on your side for each workflow, plus regular training. Greenfield can handle the build, so your team's time goes to reviewing the work and adopting it.

What happens if a workflow does not work?

Before we build it, we agree in writing what “working” means: the number it moves and the standard it has to meet. Every agent carries a review date at 30, 60, and 90 days. If it misses, it gets rebuilt or retired; nothing keeps running on a metric that stays flat. And every quarter ends with a written scorecard and your decision to continue or stop.

What do you need access to?

Only what the first workflow touches. Typically read access to the CRM or system of record and the data behind the number we agreed. Access is scoped to the workflow, every action is logged, and it stays inside your permissions. We sign your NDA before discovery starts.

How do you handle our data and security?

Inside your permissions and your policies. Access is scoped to the workflow, every action is logged, and model choice follows your rules, not our convenience. Nothing leaves your environment that you did not approve.

Who owns what we build?

You do. The workflows, the prompts, the documentation, the results. The training exists so your team can run and extend them without us.

Do we need new software or a migration?

No. We build inside the tools you already run: your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets, your systems of record. The workflow shows up where the work already happens.

Is this strategy consulting or implementation?

Both, where they need to be connected. We start with the operating problem and business case, then direct the system required to solve it. We do not hand off a strategy deck and call the work finished.

Who does the building?

We scope each project with you first: what gets built, who builds each piece, and who owns it after launch. Greenfield can take on the full build, and your team can build parts of it when it has the right engineers and the capacity. Either way, we design the workflow, direct the work, and stay accountable for whether it produces the intended outcome.

Why three numbers, and what if ours is different?

Revenue, profit, and predictability are what a board, a buyer, or an investor pays for; everything else is a driver of one of them. Your number will trace to one of the three. If it does not, that is worth knowing before anyone builds.

What is the first conversation like?

Thirty minutes. We ask which number is under pressure, what your team has tried, and where it stalled. You leave with a view on which workflow we would build first, and what it would move. No deck.

Build the system around the number that matters.

An AI department for less than the cost of one senior AI hire. Priced before the prototype.
