Every roadmap starts with a two-to-three-week Diagnostic, and every item on it traces to revenue, profit, or predictability.

AI Roadmap

What to build, what to skip, in what order.

  • 01Every roadmap starts with the Readiness Diagnostic.Seven dimensions, one score. Two to three weeks with your team, and it credits 100% toward your first build.
  • 02Every workflow traces to a number.Revenue, profit, or predictability, and the branch that connects them.
  • 03The roadmap survives a board conversation.Every item carries the reasoning that earned its place in the order.

Find the number AI can move first

Five questions, about two minutes. Your answers point to revenue, profit, or predictability, and to the first workflow we would look at.

1. Which number is your board pushing on hardest?
2. Where does your team lose the most hours each week?
3. What do your sales leaders complain about most?
4. Which customer data sits unused today?
5. What would make the first workflow a clear win?

Read how the work gets built

Three field notes show what a roadmap item looks like once it is built: a target-account system that tells sellers why now, a pipeline that reports on itself, and operating workflows without the manual work.

Every build starts with a job description for the agent, and every engagement follows one ladder with three rungs. The Agentic Workflows page shows how the first item gets built.

The terms and common questions for every engagement are on the Offerings page.

Questions about AI Roadmap

Is this strategy consulting or implementation?

Both, where they need to be connected. We start with the operating problem and business case, then direct the system required to solve it. We do not hand off a strategy deck and call the work finished.

Why three numbers, and what if ours is different?

Revenue, profit, and predictability are what a board, a buyer, or an investor pays for; everything else is a driver of one of them. Your number will trace to one of the three. If it does not, that is worth knowing before anyone builds.

What is the first conversation like?

Thirty minutes. We ask which number is under pressure, what your team has tried, and where it stalled. You leave with a view on which workflow we would build first, and what it would move. No deck.

Build the system around the number that matters.
