Automation that answers to one number.
Built inside your systems.

Greenfield is an AI automation agency for B2B companies with a number to move. We agree on the number first, build the automation inside the tools your employees already open, and review every agent at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Four kinds of work

Greenfield automates the work that sits between your team and one of three numbers: revenue, profit, or predictability.

  • 01Account research before outreach.A target-account system ranks the companies most likely to buy and tells your sellers why now.
  • 02The pipeline brief before the forecast call.Commit, coverage, the deals that slipped and why, and the next action for each deal land before your leadership meeting.
  • 03Intake, validation, and routing. An operating workflow takes the re-keying and the chasing. Your employees see only the exceptions that need judgment.
  • 04Customer conversations that reach Sales and Product. The conversations your team already records reach the owners who can act on them.

The build runs on dates you can hold us to

Week 1 produces a working prototype. The clock starts when Greenfield gets access to your data. Your team reacts to software running on real records before day 14.

Day 30 puts the workflow live and in testing. The workflow runs in the CRM, the help desk, or the spreadsheets your employees already open, and no migration comes first.

Day 90 puts three workflows live. The order of builds comes from the AI Roadmap, and every item traces to revenue, profit, or predictability.

Every agent has an owner and a review date. Each one ships with an Agent Job Description that names one owner and one metric, with reviews at day 30, 60, and 90. A miss means the agent is rebuilt or retired.

You own the result. Your company owns the workflows, the prompts, the documentation, and the numbers. Access stays inside your permissions and is scoped to the workflow.

The Agentic Workflows page shows the week 1 prototype and the path to day 30. Joseph Zito and Brian Murphy founded Greenfield, and each has twenty years in operating and go-to-market leadership.

Pick the first automation before the build starts

Start with three questions, asked of every candidate workflow. Does the work repeat every week? Does it run inside systems your team already owns? Does it trace to revenue, profit, or predictability? A workflow that answers yes three times goes first.

  • 01Re-keying call notes into the CRM. First. The work repeats every week, runs inside the CRM, and returns hours to your team, so profit moves.
  • 02A weekly pipeline brief. Second. The work repeats every week, reads the CRM and the calendar, and improves forecast accuracy, so predictability moves.
  • 03A one-time data cleanup before a migration. Skip. The work happens once, so a script or a contractor handles it.
  • 04A chatbot on the pricing page. Hold. The work has no clear path to revenue, profit, or predictability, so it waits until one appears.

Questions about an AI automation agency

What does an AI automation agency cost?

Greenfield quotes the work before the prototype exists. Engagements usually run as a monthly retainer, because automation needs care after launch. The Offerings page has the full terms.

Who owns the automation when the engagement ends?

Your company owns every workflow, prompt, and document that Greenfield produces, along with the results. AI Fluency trains your employees to run and extend all of it.

Which tools does the automation run in?

Greenfield builds inside the CRM, the help desk, and the spreadsheets your team already uses. No migration is needed.

How soon does the first automation run?

A working prototype appears in week 1, counted from access to your data. The workflow is live and in testing by day 30.
